Pakistan is my beloved country. It is very dear to me. Allama Iqbal gave the idea of a separate country for the Muslims of India. The All India Muslim League passed resolution of Pakistan in 1940. Quaid-e-Azam worked hard to have it. It came into being on 14 august, 1947. It was the holy month of Ramzan.
Quaid-e-Azam became its first Governal General. It has four provinces, the Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtoon Khhawa. Its population is 14 crores. Its capital is Islamabad. It has fertile land, deserts,hills, mountain and valleys in it. Our big cities are linked with rail and road. My country is very beautiful. It has many famous historical monuments.
Our canal network is famous all over the world. Our defence forces are very brave and known all over the world. Pakistan is the only Atomic Power among the Islamic countries. Our country is making progress by leap and bounds. I am Proud of my country. Its future is bright. May Pakistan live long!
